          Service system

          Yiwen Environment after-sales service team consists of professionals from the departments of after-sales service, engineering and development departments with rich experience and powerful technology. It has set up several branches in many cities of China.

          Service commitment

          1. Installation Yiwen Environment after-sales service center will appoint professionals to conduct on-site investigation for customers, and work out relative installation construction scheme, and guide the preparation before installation. After the apparatus and the conditions being prepared well, the after-sales service engineer will carry out on-site installation, debugging, training and acceptance etc.

          2. Warranty Yiwen Environment promises a 13-month free-of-charge warranty service. During the warranty, the the Company will not take any cost of home maintenance, check, maintenance and accessories (except the consumables like printing paper, ink ribbon and reagent) for any performance faults (except those non-product quality reasons caused by human factors and force majeure),. After the 13-month warranty, Yiwen Environment can sign a paid service agreement with customers at cost price, and supply customers with high-quality service.

          3. Routing inspection During the warranty, the the Company offers free inspection twice a year to guarantee the apparatus in the optimal state.

          4. Maintenance Yiwen will response within 24 hours upon the receipt of notice for repairing from customer and confirmation of the Company. After-sales service engineers of Yiwen Environment in the local office will come to the site within 48 hours, or 72 hours for places where are out of the range of local office.

          5. Training Yiwen Environment will provide customers with training service. After-sales service department will not only hold on-site training, but also carry out centralized training irregularly, which will help customers enhance basic technique of daily maintenance, reduce use cost and lengthen service life of equipment.

          6. Accessories Yiwen Environment builds complete technical files for every apparatus. There are efficient high-quality accessories in Yiwen Environment customer service center. For apparatus beyond the warranty period, Yiwen Environment will provide customers with high-quality accessories with preferential price, to reduce customer’s maintenance cost.
